Born in Jamaica, raised in New York and a resident of Texas for more than 33 years.   Mr. Fullerton is the Managing Attorney at A Fullerton Law Firm and the Honorary Consul of Jamaica in Houston, Texas. He was voted by Houston Magazine as one of the top criminal defense attorneys in Houston, Texas. He was voted as the most influential Caribbean Person in Houston, Texas by One Love Caribbean Newspaper. He has successfully represented clients in Immigration, litigation, criminal and general litigation matters.

Mr. Fullerton received his Juris Doctorate with high honors in 1988 (Magna Cum Laude). Mr. Fullerton graduated number 4 in his law school class. In college, Mr. Fullerton was the President and Vice President of the Student Government. He helped to successfully lobby congress to make Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day a National Holiday. He was one of the leaders in the anti-apartheid movement in America that helped to free Nelson Mandela and dismantle South Africa's Apartheid. He was President of the Student Bar Association and a member of the Thurgood Marshall School of Law Law Review. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas. He is admitted to practice in Texas (1988), the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is a life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated.
